Drums of Manjushri (Heart Activation Music)
The track “Drums of Manjushri” features the energies of Manjushri being attuned to the Onyx crystal that has been utilised within the creation of the truck. Manjushri’s track is filled with drums to represent the warrior energy and by combining this sound, the frequency, the listener is able to clear their energy fields as if a stampede of horses has just run through.
About Manjushri
Mañjuśrī (Manjushri) is a bodhisattva associated with prajñā (insight) in Mahayana Buddhism. In Tibetan Buddhism, he is also a yidam. His name means “Gentle Glory” in Sanskrit. Mañjuśrī is also known by the fuller name of Mañjuśrīkumārabhūta, literally “Mañjuśrī, Still a Youth” or, less literally, “Prince Mañjuśrī”.
Within Vajrayana Buddhism, Mañjuśrī is a meditational deity, and considered a fully enlightened Buddha. In Shingon Buddhism, he is one of the Thirteen Buddhas to whom disciples devote themselves.
Mañjuśrī is depicted as a male bodhisattva wielding a flaming sword in his right hand, representing the realisation of transcendent wisdom which cuts down ignorance and duality. The scripture supported by the padma (lotus) held in his left hand is a Prajñāpāramitā sūtra, representing his attainment of ultimate realization from the blossoming of wisdom. Mañjuśrī is often depicted as riding on a blue lion, or sitting on the skin of a lion. This represents the use of wisdom to tame the mind, which is compared to riding or subduing a ferocious lion.

Drums of Manjushri
The inspiration for ‘Drums of Manjushri’ came from Amy North, whom advised in a reading through Jocelyn Joy Thomas that the track for Archangel Michael needed to contain lots of drums, the drums representing the warrior side of Michael rather than the nurturing side, in which he also has as well. The challenge was that the idea that I had for Michael’s track was rather challenging for myself to put together, it would’ve ended up more like a cinematic movie scene than the theme that I’ve been working with on for the album.
Then as we know that Manjushri is the Archangel Michael in the Buddhist deity representation, then why not focus on one that is specific for the representation of Manjushri rather than a cinematic score as originally intended.
This is how the track “Drums of Manjushri” was birthed into creation.
