The Living Well in WA Expo was held over the WA Day long weekend (3rd to 5th of June 2017) and for us overall, it was a good result for Steven North and the Heart Activation Music team. We met some extraordinary people that are passionate about their work and improving the Health and Wellness for everyone.
The Living Well in WA innovation is aimed at providing a one-stop destination for families and their children, you adults, seniors and people of all ages and cultures to discover the best of what is available in the state of Western Australia for sustainable health and wellness. With more than three million Australians dealing with anxiety or depression, the Living Well in WA Expo provides a safe environment where people experiencing these challenges can discover ways to creatively overcome any difficulties or problems and exposed to knowledge that will help them meet the challenges of a rapidly changing technological world.
The team from Steven North & Heart Activation Music Therapy got together and discussed what it is that we were aiming to achieve with the outcome of the Expo and the team members were one of the greatest teams I've had the pleasure of working with and we came together so well as a team that the booth operations ran so smooth that nothing at all could be faulted. Although, we drank so enough water from the Crystal Water stand (our neighbour) that we had to take turns in bathroom breaks.
Pam Welch & Romy Baker took turns in providing the healing sessions, utilising the Heart Activation Music through headphones and working with Amy North (the Team Leader) which saw an influx of bookings on Saturday and the way the team came together to accommodate each other was both supportive and beautiful.
Steven North was on the main stage talking about his journey that led to the creation of the Heart Activation Music which the presentation on Monday can be seen in the video below. Each presentation was different but the primary focus was to talk about the depression, grief, hardships and other obstacles that were faced throughout life that all came together to the creation of the Heart Activation Music Therapy. Steven also spoke about how the music contains non-Hertzian energy which is referred to as Scalar, the energy of the universe. Each live channelling event was filled with large amounts of energy and one person came running
Each live channelling session that utilised the song "Love of the Earth (Lady Nada & Amy North)" was filled with large amounts of energy and many people came up to me after the session with great excitement and amazement. On Monday, one person came up and advised that she was physically feeling the energies within her entire body and was amazed by it.
The group sessions in the meditation room were less nerve wrecking for Steven and involved a longer music meditation session with him channelling the energies over a prolonged period of time. He was joined by the beautiful Monica McTaggart on Sunday which helped significantly with the two working together with the energies as the exhaustion of the two days activities were having an impact on Steven.

The Fremantle Herald Article
During the week long build up to the expo, doing the rush to get everything together, making final adjustments, buying miscellaneous items to make sure our booth is in compliance with Sandy's vision, a phone call was received from a journalist from The Fremantle Herald.
I met up with Jenny D'Anger whom writes articles on behalf of The Fremantle Herald at the Moore & Moore Cafe in Fremantle and had a long discussion about The Heart Activation Music, the journey that was walked. The breakdown of the marriage at the time, the flight to Rome, going cold turkey, how the music works and gave her a copy of Amy's Divine Love for her own use.
Here is a photo of the article that was published in The Fremantle Herald on Friday, 2nd of June 2017 and you can read the article online at Fremantle Herald Journal.
