Spirit Guides & Communication

There are a plethora of different ways to communicate with your own Spirit Guide, each system of methodology is divine in its own right. Whether it is through signs, thoughts, feelings, emotions and other forms of communication, the method is to ensure that the incarnate is able to recognise them so that they can experience as much as possible.
The most common method of communication with a Spirit Guide is through thought via the crown chakra point. I can assure you in my earlier years of learning to work with Amy, I would have all these ideas and I ask her what she thought of them, she responded with “I wonder when you’ll realise that your thoughts come from me”. It was a rather amusing moment but a great story to share because it was that moment that I learned that we are constantly communicating in one method or another. The next thing to do after this is to train yourself to learn to identify these thoughts but it is not important to worry about, as long as we are aware that we are in constant communication.
When you’re looking to communicate with your Spirit Guide in a focused manner, it is always a great idea to white light your crown (around your head) and down to your heart (so you can feel the messages coming through). Even if you’ve never done this sort of stuff before, it doesn’t matter, as long as you visualise some sort of white light coming around you. In fact, you could visualise yourself to be a light bulb that turns on and that is all you need to do.
The purpose of doing that visualisation technique is to make sure that there’ll be no impurities like negative thoughts trying to get in the way. When you begin, there will always be doubt but you can work with this because it takes time to develop self-confidence, it takes time to develop trust as we are focusing more and more on what our ancestors knew and taught during the ancient cultures.
Explore, Experiment and remember… you are always connected with a special bond between incarnate & spirit guide.
