The common message that I find myself seeing throughout social media is that if you need help, you "ask". Whether you ask an angel, an ascended master, a deity, Jesus, God or other forms of consciousness. No matter what, it must go through your Spirit Guide. So many people have been promoting that you must ask your "angels" and whilst they do exist, this methodology there is a flaw in this teaching.
Let us look at this scenario to give a further explanation. When you believe that you are in need of assistance with something in life, you reach out and ASK for help from the Universe. This could be a prayer, this could be talking with a friend, this could be talking to yourself and in whatever way that you do this, your Spirit Guide is able to facilitate what needs to be done to support the request that you made. There are so many people that claim that this is the work of angels, or manifestation but really, it doesn't matter so much as you're asking for something you need in life.
One thing that is very important is to be mindful of that it is always practicable is to VOICE/SPEAK the "ask" as it gives it more strength for the Universe to take action on. Why do you always hear those praying speaking softly? They know that by speaking the prayer, something can occur. Whilst having a thought is not as intensified because your Spirit Guide will need to determine what thought that they need to take action on, doing what I do with Amy and having a "projected thought" can also be available as you and your Spirit Guide communicate using this method.
It is through this same method as how things such as positive affirmations , ho'oponopono and mantras have so much impact our on our lives.
