Spirit Guides & Communication

Many incarnates & Spirit Guides struggle with communication with one another. This was true for myself with one of the more interactive spirit guides that the likes of Jocelyn Thomas has seen.

There is a very good reason for this and it comes with belief systems that tell you that it is not possible or that it is wrong. Fears play a role as well as not believing in yourself.

Communicating between realms takes practice, it is indeed possible for every person to communicate with your own Spirit Guide and you can achieve this in small steps.

Small steps such as asking for a word for the day, asking for a number, asking for a sign and developing your own language to communicate.
