I recall a session with Master Ol Ya Ma, where he reassured me on my journey towards weight loss, saying, "Don't worry, you'll transform the body." Those words have stayed with me and inspired the title for this phase of my life.

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on a catchphrase that resonates deeply within me: "What lies do we tell ourselves?" It’s a tough self-examination where I confront my own excuses—like saying, "I'll hit the gym tomorrow" or "I'll change my diet tomorrow." This process is all about altering my perception and breaking free from both external and internal beliefs that hold me back.

As I draft the flow of "The Torment of Prophecy," I remember an exercise from 2014 where I was encouraged to write down my beliefs and identify their sources. While I usually prefer to remember things instead of writing them down, I'm now questioning why I let myself off the hook. What are the lies preventing me from putting pen to paper?

A Month of New Insights

October has brought new insights. Amy mentioned in the 2024 reading that this month’s theme is about promise: "You will fly." As I've delved deeper into what I truly want to pursue—like enhancing website performance through VPS servers—I realised it’s not where my passion lies. Instead, I feel a yearning to focus on creative pursuits like writing. It’s as if something has shifted, opening a door to new possibilities that I need to explore.
