Introspection is the latest song to be released by Steven North that takes us on a journey as to what it feels like through the sound of music as to what Introspection feels can sound like.
Introspection is defined as the examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes.
The song Introspection which encompasses the purity of unconditional love also has embedded the binaural frequency of 4.9 Hz Theta Waves which is said to assist with one's own process of Introspection.
Using a more elaborate method of the light in sound that is found within the Heart Activation Music, the song explores the journey of Introspection with the sound effects being unconventional thoughts, the bass line representing the frustration that one can feel when working through the minefield of the mental and the beautiful piano sounds representing the emotions that trigger the Introspection process.
