On the 28th of July 2016, Steven continued on with the practice of channelling, immediately after the breakthrough in channelling course. The topic that is discussed in this video is integrity, authenticity and the need to develop boundaries.

The discussions that surface are very close to what I have been experiencing and have been rather nervous about posting this video because it it’s so close to home but it is necessary for what they discuss.

When listening to it, the part about learning to identify patterns is something that I’ve done all my life, I look back at certain moments and begin to see a series of patterns emerging. By analysing these moments, what transpired, we then see what needs to be adjusted, how to deal with things. These experiences are there to teach us. Whilst we do not even see it at the time it is happening.

Please note that this is energy was more Masculine and did not feel like Amy at all. I’m not sure whom it was but it was showing me a lot of different things during this.
